Zambare ( झांबरे ) surname history

Many persons are eager to know the history of their past generations ... I am also one of them...!!! So I started to find out some past information about my surname Zambare...and got it ...!!! That's given below ..... Near about 500 years before Chatrapati Shivaji era ,there was a Maratha warrior whose surname was Pawar. He had a dog named as Zambara ...!!! The dog was very much beloved of that warrior , and always stay with him at the time of war and hunting ...!!! Once a time he went for war long away with this dog Zambara , but in the return way dog was not with him.Either dog was missed or lost his life in the war ....!!! When he came to know this, he became very unhappy.Due to sadness his mind collapsed and he became sick. At the last moments of his life he called his sons together and told them that he could not live more without dog , so in the memories of that dog Zambara, they should change their name from Pawar to Zambare...!!! All of his sons obeyed his will and changed their surname as Zambare ...!!! Zambare surname in history - Before Chtrapati Shivaji Maharaj era , in Pune (Kasbe Pune , Punavadi ) , there were huge houses (Wada, in Marathi ) belonging to Zambare patil beside the Mula - Mutha river . Zambare patils Office for judgment called Zambare chavadi was also there and still it is ...!!! All types of judgments were used to done here by Zambare patil...!!! In the festival of Goddess" Tambadi Jogeshwari " in Pune there was great respect and role of Zambare patil...!!! Chatrapati Shivaji in his childhood when came to Pune first time with mother Jijau Maasaheb and Dadoji Kond dev Kulkarni ( The person who played great role for developping Hindavi Swarjya with Shivaji ) by the order of his father Shahaji Raje , they were living in one of the huge house of Zambare patil. After that they constructed huge palace called as " Lalmahal " in the place of Zambare patil and started to live there...!!! In the third war of Panipat against Mohammed shaha Abdali ,Sardar Shahaji Zambare with his 5000 soldiers fought against Abdali with Sadashivrao Bhau,the commanding warrior of Maratha soldiers at that time. Saganbhau , in his song "Panipatcha Powada " , pointed out that Sardar Zambare as a warrior, played a great role in that war...!!! " Zambare chavadi " at Kasba peth and " Zambare palace" at Mukund nagar in Pune are attractive spots . One of the road in Mangalwar peth Pune had named as "Tatyasaheb Ramrao Zambare patil path " , in the memories of the person who was the great Gandhism follower. The famous meditation center named as "Patanjali Yoga Vidyashram " is running by Shree. Anant Digambar Zambare patil at Zambare patil nagar, Holkarwadi , Hadapsar , near Pune ...!!! Residences of Zambare families at present - Zambare families are living today in Pune city and nearby areas. In Holkarwadi , tal._ Haveli, Dist_ Pune , there are 70 % of Zambare families are living .Plenty of peoples having there surname Zambare are living in Dongarsoni , Tal _ Tasgaon, Dist _ Sangali . देवा तुझं सुंबरान

काही प्रसंग असे रंगवलेले असतात की ऐकणार्याचे वा पाहाणार्याचे मन हेलावून जाते , काळीज पिळवटते ...
   सुंबरान चित्रपटातील पुढील गित हे त्यातलेच . गिताची पार्श्वभूमी सांगितल्या शिवाय त्याला पुर्णता येणार नाही , गितातील भावना लक्षात येणार नाहीत ...
गावातील पाटलाची व तांड्यातील धनगराची मैत्री असते . पाटलाच्या मुलाचे व धनगराच्या मुलीचे प्रेम जमते .  या प्रकरणाला पाटलांच्या माणसांचा विरोध असतो आणि त्यातच मुलीचा जीव जातो ...
धनगर दुःखी मनाने गाव सोडतो .  ईकडे पाटलाचा मुलगा आजारी पडतो , सर्व उपाय करूनही तो बरा होत नाही . मित्राचे सुंबरान गित घरी झाल्यावर मुलगा बरा होईल याची पाटलाला खात्री असते . धनगराला निरोप जातो , स्वतः तापाने फनफनलेला असतानाही तो आपल्या जीवलगासाठी भर पावसात पुढील सुंबरान गित गाऊन मुलगा बरा व्हावा यासाठी देवाजीचा धावा करतो ....
